Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information processed by Gravity Traders in connection with OrderProcessing, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements.
How to request deletion
Send your request to Gravity Traders using the contact number below. Clearly state that you are making a Data Deletion Request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant interaction or records.
Verification
We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
After a valid request is identified and verified, we will review the relevant records and delete eligible personal information from systems under our control. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or regulatory purposes.
Third-party systems
Information processed independently by third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ own retention and deletion policies.
