These Terms of Service govern use of the Gravity Traders website and the OrderProcessing integration operated by Gravity Traders. By using these services, you agree to these terms where applicable.

Purpose of OrderProcessing

OrderProcessing is a business workflow used by Gravity Traders to receive, organize and process order-related information through supported messaging and technology services. It may process order details, customer information, product photographs and other media submitted for legitimate business purposes.

Authorized use

OrderProcessing is intended for authorized Gravity Traders personnel and other persons permitted by Gravity Traders. Users must provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful business purposes, and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

WhatsApp and third-party services

The integration may use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta and other third-party hosting, automation or technology services. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies. Gravity Traders does not control the availability or operation of third-party services.

Messages, orders and media

Information sent through OrderProcessing may be used to create and maintain business order records. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to provide any customer information, photographs or other content they submit.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Gravity Traders Privacy Policy. Requests concerning deletion of applicable information can be made as described on our Data Deletion page.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website or OrderProcessing integration when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

The Gravity Traders name, branding, website content and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Gravity Traders, except for third-party names, marks and materials belonging to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gravity Traders will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or interruption of the website or OrderProcessing integration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, technology or legal obligations. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
