OrderProcessing

OrderProcessing is an internal order-management integration used by authorized Gravity Traders staff.

Purpose

The application helps Gravity Traders organize order information submitted by authorized staff through the company’s WhatsApp Business workflow.

How the workflow works

  1. An authorized staff member starts an order workflow.
  2. Order/customer information and relevant product images are submitted through WhatsApp.
  3. The integration receives the information through the WhatsApp Business Platform and associates the messages and media with the order.
  4. When the order is completed, the system can record the order in Gravity Traders’ order-management workflow and return a confirmation.

Who uses it?

OrderProcessing is intended for Gravity Traders’ internal business operations. It is not offered as a public messaging or marketing service.
